I have built my real estate business on a foundation of personalized service, strong relationships, and a commitment to putting my clients’ needs first. My husband, Jim, and I are Southern California natives, and together we have raised our family while growing my independent brokerage into a thriving, referral-based business. Many of my clients have become close friends, and I am grateful that those relationships continue to drive my success.

Having lived and worked in the Coachella Valley for decades, I bring an in-depth understanding of the desert market and its diverse communities. My real estate experience is both professional and personal—I have bought and sold numerous homes and have lived in a variety of settings, including both golf course and non-golf course communities. This firsthand knowledge allows me to guide clients with insight into lifestyle, location, and long-term value.

In addition, my husband and I have built and remodeled several of our own homes, giving me a strong understanding of the construction process and an ability to recognize quality craftsmanship. This hands-on experience, combined with my market knowledge, allows me to confidently assist clients whether they are searching for a primary residence, second home, or investment property.

I graduated from USC with a degree in Business Administration, and I use that background to provide accurate property valuations and strategic insight for both buyers and sellers. For my investment clients, I offer real-time ROI analysis and a results-driven approach, always focused on securing the best possible outcome.

As a licensed real estate broker in both California and Idaho, I expanded my business to North Idaho in 2024, now serving clients in the Sandpoint and Hope areas. My connection to this region runs deep—I own a home on the Hope Peninsula and have been visiting immediate family there since the early 1980s. This long-standing relationship, combined with my deep roots in the desert, allows me to help clients seamlessly navigate and compare two very different, yet equally desirable, lifestyles.

In addition, Dierker Property Services operates as a separate business, providing full-service management for short-term vacation rentals. While Jim manages the day-to-day operations, we work closely together to help our clients identify, purchase, and manage investment properties designed to maximize returns.
